Kundalini Yoga is an ancient spiritual practice that combines body, mind and breath techniques. It is designed to activate the inner energy flow, increase vitality, awaken in consciousness, and connect to the heart and true identity. It supports everyone’s path in many different ways; it helps release stress and tensions, let go of fears, self-limiting mindsets and stuck emotional energy, strengthen the nervous system, detox, and heal on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
In these three classes, I will introduce you to the Kundalini Yoga practice. If possible, I invite you to join me for the three days as we will start from the foundation and gradually build up the practice. There is no need to have any previous experience with yoga and/or meditation.
